Shipping Policy

Lost Labels currently offers shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within the U.S

Items may be returned within 14 days of placing your order, if all the original tags are attached, the items are in their original packaging and have not been worn. Please contact us at info@lost-labels.com to start your return. 

Return costs will be covered by the customer. Items that do not meet the return criteria (worn, stains, soiling and imperfections) will not be refunded.

After inspecting and accepting your return, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days to process your return.
