Lost Labels offers domestic and international shipping. All orders are shipped within 3 – 7 business days. The shipping cost is based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that recipients are responsible for taxes and duties, which may be prepaid at checkout. 

Items may be returned within 14 days of placing your order, if all the original tags are attached, the items are in their original packaging and have not been worn. Please contact us at info@lost-labels.com to start your return. 

Return costs will be covered by the customer. Items that do not meet the return criteria (worn, stains, soiling and imperfections) will not be refunded.

After inspecting and accepting your return, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days to process your return.
